Yes — completely. No account, no watermark, no locked "pro" features, no invoice limit. It runs entirely in your browser, which is also why we never see or store your data.
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Click "Print / Save as PDF" and choose "Save as PDF" as the destination in your browser's print dialog. Because it uses the browser's print engine, the PDF is crisp vector output, not a screenshot.
What should an invoice include?
Your business name and contact details, the client's details, a unique invoice number, issue and due dates, itemized descriptions with quantities and rates, any tax or discounts, the total, and payment terms. This generator covers all of them.
Is my invoice data stored anywhere?
No. Everything — including an uploaded logo — stays in your browser tab and disappears when you close it. Nothing is transmitted to us or any third party. If you need a copy, save the PDF.
How should I number invoices?
Any unique, sequential scheme works: INV-001, 2026-014, or client-prefixed like ACME-007. Stay consistent and never reuse a number — sequential numbering is expected in audits and required in some jurisdictions.
Does an invoice make my customer legally obliged to pay?
An invoice documents a payment obligation that arises from your underlying agreement — it is evidence, not a contract by itself. Clear terms on the invoice (due date, late-fee policy) plus a prior agreement give you the strongest position.
