Virtual Box Virtual Machine Fails to launch

I have a very critical issue, recently without doing any changes to VirtualBox, somehow it wont launch any Virtual Machine, i tried launching old ones, and create new ones but none actually made it to load and launch properly.

i get this error code : REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG (0x80040154)

any help will be highly appreciated.

I think your problem has been mentioned and answered well enough here:

Read all the comments and Answers, as everyone of them suggests couple different solutions and some might work for your problem while others wont.
